  • Prices may change without notice. You will be charged the price displayed at checkout at the time of ordering.

4. Orders & Payment

  • By placing an order, you confirm all details provided are correct.

  • We accept secure online payments via Stripe.

  • Once your order is completed, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are typically processed within 3–5 working days.

  • Shipping is available within Hong Kong via trusted courier partners.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies or customs.

6. Cancellations, Returns & Damages

  • As each product is custom-made and personalised, orders cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded once production has begun.

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs so we can arrange a replacement.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this site including photos, designs, product names, logos, and text are the property of JLP Magnets and may not be used without permission.
