Refund & Return Policy – JLP Magnets

At JLP Magnets, every item is made especially for you using your uploaded photos. As a result, all orders are personalised and made-to-order, which means we unfortunately do not offer refunds or returns due to change of mind once production has started.


Personalised Products

  • Because each magnet set is customised with your own images, we cannot resell or reuse orders.

  • Please ensure all photos uploaded are correct and final before checkout.


Damaged / Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Email hello@jennalouisepotter.com with your order number and clear photos of:

    • The packaging

    • The damaged/incorrect magnets

Once reviewed, we will happily remake and resend your order at no additional charge.


Returns

  • We do not accept physical returns of personalised products.

  • If an error occurs on our side (printing error, wrong product), we will remake the item.
